Follow these easy steps to use your card:
- Find a participating pharmacy by searching online or calling 844-254-3099. Please say you are calling for the “Union Plus” program.
- Download and print your FREE Union Plus Prescription Discount Card.
- Keep the card in your wallet and at the time of purchase simply present your card at a participating pharmacy and start saving instantly.
The program is available in the United States and Puerto Rico. It is not available to residents of Montana. It is not available in Guam, Virgin Islands or Canada.
Union Plus Prescription Discount Cards are available to:
- Dues-paying labor union members of participating unions
- Retired union members
- Working America members
- Widows/widowers of union members
- Spouse, domestic partners, and children may be included
- Union Plus and Working America credit cardholders
